Professional Coaching Highlights
On the professional level, George Eskridge was the Assistant Head Coach and Director of Player Personnel and Scouting for the Louisville Fire Arena Football organization from 2007 – 2008, after serving the prior 2 years as the Special Teams Coordinator. During his 4 years with the Louisville Fire, the team won the American Conference Championship and participated in the Arena Cup; he coached the league’s Kicker of the Year in 2005 and had 6 All-Pro Selections. He also assisted a number of players to move up playing levels and sign with the NFL, CFL, and the AFL.

College Coaching Highlights
While coaching college football, his school won the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Championship bowl game (the Victory Bowl) in 2011 and 2017, and it also played in the game in 2010. In 2014 and 2015, the football team won the conference championship and made the NAIA playoffs. He also assisted in tutoring a NAIA All-American Defensive Back in 2010.

His 11 year stint of coaching college track, he’s coached the Men and Women’s jumpers (long, triple, high jumpers) to 9 individual NCCAA National Championships, 10 NAIA All-Americans, 24 NCCAA All-Americans, 15 conference champions.  He helped achieve school’s first ever Women’s Mid-South Conference championship, the school’s 1st NCCAA individual champion (Detrick Briggs), the school’s first ever NAIA Track and Field Championship scorer and All-American (Tiosha Beasley).

High School Coaching Highlights
During the years that Coach G coached high school sports, he coached football, basketball, and track. He was on the coaching staffs for a Boys’ Basketball State Championship (’97) and 3 consecutive Girls’ Track State Championships. He tutored 4 track state champions, 11 All-state (top 4) selections, 3 All-State Defensive Backs, and 3 All-state Basketball players. He has former high school athletes who went on to compete in the NFL, WNBA, Olympics, and play for the Globetrotters.
